Guiding Good Choices
👪 Guiding Good Choices

Guiding Good Choices is a 5-week course that teaches families with children ages 9 to 14 about risk and protective factors, how to express anger in a healthy and constructive way, and how to build relationships with their children, among many other crucial skills. The course provides opportunities to connect with other families and practice skills together. GGC has been proven to reduce substance use, anxiety, and depression in youth.
